Meet the Hosts
Ken Bodvarson is a registered social worker and the proud owner of Elevate Counselling and Therapy, a practice dedicated to providing comprehensive counselling services for individuals of all ages, couples, and families.
Alongside counselling, the team at Elevate offers a range of mental health programs tailored for both individuals and businesses.
Ken, a proud Métis business owner, actively volunteers his time serving on various boards. Outside of his professional endeavours, he enjoys travelling with his wife and indulging in his passion for golfing.
Nina Lane is a nutritional therapist and owner of Nina Lane Wellness who has been serving Saskatoon and beyond for over a decade by providing one-to-one consulting, group and corporate wellness programs as well as speaking engagements.
Nina’s background in human health research, including a Master of Science and time spent in pharmaceutical research and development, gives her the foundation to bridge the gap between science and natural modalities.
Beyond her professional life, Nina is a wife, mom of 3, and health enthusiast. She loves all things nature and getting active including hiking, weightlifting and competing with her kids.
Josh is a business management consultant and owner of Magnaltus Consulting. Josh works with businesses in all stages and industries and is passionate about business and entrepreneurship.
Josh has accumulated a wealth of life experience including: backing in Asia, volunteering in Sri Lanka, studying Spanish in Ecuador, Mandarin in Taiwan, and teaching in China.
In his free time, you can find Josh playing basketball, football, and beach volleyball, skateboarding, working out, spending time with friends and family, or blogging about real estate.
Guest Speaker
Adrian Cochet is a physical therapist and golf performance coach. He is the owner of Cochet Physiotherapy and Optimized Golf, where he focuses on helping people get the most from life by optimizing their physical capacity.
His mission is to meet people where they are at on their health journey and provide solutions to short term needs as well as plan and strategize for the long term aspirations. He believes that quality of life is based on what you can do and aims to ensure that everyone's physical capacity meets the needs of their goals and dreams.
He completed his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and became a Master of Physical Therapy at the U of S. He later went on to study with the Titleist Performance Institute and became TPI certified to provide his golf clientele with the best possible performance coaching possible.
When he isn’t working with his clients he can be found spending time with his wife and three kids, in a gym training or on a golf course enjoying the fickle challenge that is golf.
